ICFSME is a company regulated and supervised by the Central Bank of Iraq under License No. (9/3/3359) of 2011. It provides financing for small and medium enterprises in commercial, agricultural, industrial, and service sectors.

Basic Conditions:
  • An existing project for at least one year
  • Client age between 18 – 63 years
  • Government employee guarantor
Required Documents:
  • National ID copy
  • Project lease contract
  • Salary confirmation for the guarantor
  • Guarantor pledge form

The company provides flexible loans up to 25 million IQD for a period ranging from 8 to 36 months, based on feasibility and credit assessment.

The company finances all commercial, industrial, service, and agricultural activities with facilitated mechanisms.

Clients receive financing within 5 working days after completing all required documents and final approvals.

The guarantor is entitled to guarantee only one person during the loan period to ensure financial solvency.

Reception is via banks specified by the company. Repayment is via the mobile app, electronic payment cards, or approved banks.

The lending process is completely free of hidden commissions. The company and its employees do not accept any gifts or amounts outside official fees.

Yes, all or part of the profits are deducted depending on the case.

Yes, 1% of the financing amount is deducted in advance as administrative fees.

No, joint guarantee is not accepted.

No, retirees cannot be guarantors.

Yes, it affects and depends on other credit data related to the client and guarantor.

Micro-enterprises are those with 1 to 5 full-time employees, or monthly revenues of less than 5 million IQD.

Small enterprises are those with 6 to 49 full-time employees, or monthly revenues between 5 and 30 million IQD.

Medium enterprises are those with 50 to 250 full-time employees, or monthly revenues between 30 and 150 million IQD.
