Under the patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister, Mr. Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, and under the supervision of the Central Bank of Iraq, the Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises participated as a gold sponsor in the International Payments and Banking Technologies Conference, which was held in Baghdad at the Al-Rashid Hotel for the period from September 14 to 15, 2024.

The conference witnessed a wide attendance from Iraqi and foreign banks, in addition to representatives of Iraqi ministries, diplomatic missions and international institutions, which contributed to enhancing discussions on financial stability strategies and modern banking technologies. Through our participation, we focused on reviewing the financial solutions we provide to support small and medium enterprises in Iraq, and emphasizing the importance of electronic payment and digital financing technologies in promoting financial innovation and increasing financial inclusion.

At the conclusion of the conference, the Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises was honored with a shield of appreciation, emphasizing its pioneering role and continued support for the Iraqi banking sector.
