The Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises participated in the Access to Finance conference organized by USID in Erbil - Rotana Hotel, in the presence of the Director of the United States Agency for International Development/Iraq, Elise Jensen. The sessions were fruitful and included many opinions on funding sources to support private sector activities and financing organizations working in Iraq.

 It included several topics:

 First: An urgent path to climate financing in Iraq.

Second: Financial technology in Iraq, digital solutions for financial inclusion and financial literacy.

Third: Expanding capabilities (solutions to the lending gap)

As well as remarks from US Consul General Mr. Irvin Hicks Jr., and an open discussion among investors and policymakers to enhance the business enabling environment.
